We allow you as the customer to put items on hold. Our policy is as follows…

If you are placing an item on hold for 48 hours, you pay 25% of the purchase price with a credit card over the phone. This item will then stay in our showroom with a hold sign on it for 48 Hrs.

If you are placing an item on hold for 5 to 7 business days, you pay 50% of the purchase price with a credit card over the phone. This item may be moved to the back for storage purposes. Please call 24 hours before you can come look at it to allow us to move everything out of the way, so you can clearly inspect it.

The money that you pay to place an item on hold is refundable as long as you show up within the specified amount of time.

If you DO NOT SHOW UP within the specified time, you will lose the payment that has been made and will lose all rights to said money and to said piece(s) of furniture.

We offer delivery!!! Our delivery rates are as follows…

$20 within 10 Miles of 3946 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123

$2 per mile (one way) if you are over 10 miles of 3946 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123

There is an addition $20 charge per flight of stairs.

If you still need assistance, please call (614) 991-4807 and we will quote you based on the address the delivery is going to.

We offer Layaway. Here is how it works…

Layaways are available for a maximum of 30 days. This means you have 30 days to pay it off and pick it up!!!

If you are paid weekly, the total amount due (after tax) is split into 5 payments. The first payment is due upon signing the contract. The remaining 4 payments are due weekly on the day that the contract was started.

If you are paid every two weeks or bi-monthly, the total amount due (after tax) is split into 3 payments. The first payment is due upon signing the contract. The remaining 2 payments are due every two weeks on the day that the contract was started.

If you are paid Monthly, the total amount due (after tax) is split into 2 payments. The first payment is due upon signing the contract. The remaining payment is due the following month on the day that the contract was started.

You will be required to sign a layaway contract in order to place an item or items in layaway.
